Delivery Cost
Free delivery is available for orders over 249 PLN.
For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is added at checkout according to the selected shipping method.

Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
Estimated delivery time is calculated from the moment the parcel is shipped and depends on the destination country and selected delivery method.
For deliveries within Poland, delivery usually takes 1-2 business day.

International Shipping
I ship within the European Union and to countries outside the EU.
For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes required by the destination country’s regulations.

Damaged Parcels
If a parcel is damaged during transport, it is recommended to report the damage directly to the courier company responsible for delivery.
Reporting damage to the carrier does not limit or exclude the customer’s rights under applicable law.

Order Cancellation
Once the parcel has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order or change shipping details.
The customer may independently redirect the parcel or change the delivery date using the tools provided by the selected courier company.
